This podcast sees Abel James from FatBurningMan.com interview experts on topics from paleo diets to clean eating and exercise. Don't expect to learn yoga poses though; this is a great compliment to your yoga practise, with interviews with experts on how they incorporate yoga into their lives. Great to listen to before or after your bikram yoga class.
Running coach Jeff shares his 30+ years of experience with listeners. Great to listen to for those who are new to running, these episodes include tips on goal setting, endurance training and more. With over 100 episodes, we recommend plugging in your headphones and listening to this on your run.

This app, developed in conjunction with the NHS, is a nine-week running plan aimed at total beginners, so if you've never run before, this is the ideal tool to help you get started. If hiring a personal trainer or a running coach is too much for your budget to handle, we think this is the next best thing! It should get you up off the couch and running 5k in just nine weeks. All you need is a decent pair of running shoes and an MP3 player. The podcast works on a three runs a week basis, and it's great if you need a push in the right direction to motivate you to start running.
If you would rather have your dose of Men's Health Magazine in weekly audio format than flick through the magazine, this podcast is perfect. There might only be 10 episodes so far, but they're free, funny and informative; perfect if you're always on-the-go and need something to listen to on your morning commute to the office.
