Rosemary parmesan roasted sweet potatoes

These tasty Rosemary Parmesan Roasted Sweet Potatoes will complement a protein source of your choice to form a main meal, or will work well on their own as a healthy snack food. Rosemary of course has many health benefits in its own right. Rosemary has been shown to help boost the immune system, provide anti-inflammatory support and stimulate digestion.
This simple to follow recipe yields two servings. On average one serving contains 281 calories; 16 grams of Fat; 27 grams of Carbohydrates and 9 grams of Protein.
1. As the oven is preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, cut the Sweet Potatoes into cubes.
2. Using a Ziploc bag or similar, combine the Olive Oil, Rosemary, Parmesan Cheese and Garlic. Add Sweet Potatoes to the mixture and toss to coat.
3. Place the coated Sweet Potatoes into a dish and bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Flip the Potatoes and bake for another twenty to twenty-five minutes.
4. Carefully remove from the oven and serve immediately. Add Salt and Pepper to your preference.
