Rosemary parmesan roasted sweet potatoes

These tasty Rosemary Parmesan Roasted Sweet Potatoes will complement a protein source of your choice to form a main meal, or will work well on their own as a healthy snack food. This simple to follow recipe yields two servings. On average one serving contains 281 calories; 16 grams of Fat; 27 grams of Carbohydrates and 9 grams of Protein.
 

Suggested Ingredients

Two large Sweet Potatoes
A quarter of a cup of chopped Rosemary
An eighth of a cup of low-fat Parmesan Cheese
Two tablespoons of Olive Oil
One clove minced Garlic
 

Directions

1. As the oven is preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, cut the Sweet Potatoes into cubes.
2. Using a Ziploc bag or similar, combine the Olive Oil, Rosemary, Parmesan Cheese and Garlic. Add Sweet Potatoes to the mixture and toss to coat.
3. Place the coated Sweet Potatoes into a dish and bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Flip the Potatoes and bake for another twenty to twenty-five minutes.
4. Carefully remove from the oven and serve immediately. Add Salt and Pepper to your preference.
