Very Berry Super Smoothie


It’s so easy to fall into a little rut when dieting. Sometimes you just need a little shake up to keep you on the straight and narrow. We think mixing things up is the best way to keep totally on track, mainly because variety makes it easier to cover every nutrition base from fruits and veggies to vitamins and minerals. Your body functions best when it’s full of naturally colourful foods. We think smoothies are the answer!

This smoothie is perfect for breakfast or a mid morning snack. It’s full of nutrients and will work wonders when drank pre workout.


The following recipe will serve 4


What will you need?

450g Bag of frozen berries

450g Tub of frozen yoghurt

100ml Skimmed milk

25g Porridge oats

2 Tsp of natural honey


Now just whizz the berries, yoghurt and milk together with a stick blender until it’s smooth enough for you. Stir in the porridge oats and pour into four glasses with a little drizzle of honey.



Keep a couple of berries back to place on the top – this looks beautiful.
