Alternatives to the Gym
If you fancy a change or hate the gym environment why not try somewhere new to exercise? Whether it's outside, at home or a brand new activity such as climbing, there is always a way to exercise.
The gym environment can be a bit scary or even boring to some people but don't worry we have other options to stay fit. Why not try an outside boot camp, go climbing or take up golf. Going for a run is a great way of getting fresh air and getting your daily dose of vitamin D. Or, if you'd prefer to stay indoors then how about pilates, yoga or a dance class- all a great way of exercising whilst relaxing the mind as well.
