More About Me
I work in a private studio in Chalk Farm. The studio is a couple minutes walk from Chalk Farm Underground station (opposite the Round House), as well as walking distance from Camden and Kentish Town.
My main style of training involves the use of Calisthenics (body-weight) training along with other styles such as boxercise, HIIT and Circuits, as well as functional weight training to cater to my clients' different goals and targets.
Calisthenics training is a great way to teach people how to use their bodies and can create a fun and meaningful fitness journey with so many different goals to aim for, be it learning a push-up to a one-arm push-up, a pull-up to a muscle-up or even handstands.
This style of training can also be utilised excellently for weight loss, toning, as well as building muscle.
I have been fortunate to learn from some of the best in the industry such as the Kavadlo Brothers, Bodyweight Gurus and Lee Wade. I have also successfully completed courses in teaching boxing, TRX, Circuits and Kettlebells which have given me excellent tools to make my clients' sessions more fun and varied.
