More About Me

Hi, I am Chris Agostini, I am a level 3 Personal Trainer. I have been working in the fitness industry for almost a decade and helped individuals of different fitness abilities and age to get stronger and fitter.

Whether you are a gymgoer or a complete novice or if you are 20 or 70 years old, you can count on my advice, guidance and constant motivation to take your fitness to a new level. I know how to inspire my clients to be disciplined and consistent. I provide very challenging and customised routines around dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, stretching bands and trx.

I train my clients in their own homes or public parks within zone 1 and 2.

I also train them in two different studio gyms

Central London Location: Drakes Gym - Barbican, Old Street, Clerkenwell - EC1
South London Location: Angel Studios - Clapham Common - SW4

We start with a consultation and a trial session so I can understand your fitness goals and then evaluate your current ability and discuss what we can realistically achieve in the next few months. I treat every client exclusively and want to get to know you properly to find out what specifically motivates you. I don’t see myself as someone just changing how you look physically but also changing your habits so you feel better overall and get positive results.
