I have trained with Tom since 2014 and have two sessions a week with him. He has what I need in a trainer - the ability to challenge me to do things I find difficult. He varies the work outs that I do and sets them at the right level for me. He doesn't let me get away with much.
Tom has been training me for the last 3 months. He’s a good guy that really knows his stuff. I love that every session is different, keeping it fresh and challenging. He definitely pushes hard, which gets results. I’m confident with Tom that I can achieve my body goals. I’m a talker when I train, so his ‘sometimes’ good chat helps too 😉
I have been training with Tom for over a year. He is friendly, not a drill sergeant, but pushes me hard to achieve great results. He constantly changes the routine so my body never plateaus. Over the last year we have kept building up my strength through his training. I have now run three half marathons and I am training for a full marathon. The results have been fantastic.
I have been training with Tom for over a year now. Although I was a reasonably fit 61 year old when I started with Tom, I found my previous work-outs had become routine. With Tom, every session is different, and he has a gift of knowing exactly how hard to push or not to push me, so that I look forward to my work-outs. He understood my goals, and exceeded my expectations - I feel fit, with none of the niggly back pains I previously carried around. Not training with Tom is the only thing I miss when going on holiday!
Since meeting Tom my life has totally changed. He has instilled in me the knowledge to not only train well but to maintain a healthy lifestyle and have the focus to achieve my goals. I have never been a gym goer but Tom's sessions give me so much energy, I can't wait to go back for more!
