my name is Tom and I specialise in Movement Quality and Strength Training.

Our body works along some foundational movement patterns (push, pull, squat, etc): make sure you can move freely around these patterns, than make those movements stronger in total safety!

  • Movement Quality & Bodyweight/Core Strength: based around my official qualification in Animal Flow ®, mixed with other elements inspired by Gymnastics, Yoga and Pilates; ideal for home environments, requiring little to no equipment;
  • Functional Strength & Metabolic Conditioning: based around my official qualification in Kettlebell ® & Olympic Weightlifting ®, utilised in a Crossfit-style environment to improve all the aspect of fitness at once; more suited for studio environments, requiring some free-weights and cardio machines.
